Prior to incorporating, over the 15-year timespan We received a Florida State General Contractors License as well a Florida State General Roofing License, Connecticut State Brokers License for Real Estate & Mortgage and New York Real Estate Brokerage License; as well as furthering business designations. JVR Partners are recognized members and consultants with such organizations as the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), United States Chamber of Commerce (USCC) and the United Nations, under their Global Market Place Registration. JVR Associate Ltd., has reached a new level of prosperity; with the recognition of the SEC as a burgeoning Project Development Company. Throughout the past 3 decades, JVR has negotiated hundreds of business transactions as our clients continue to succeed.

The Administration Department at JVR overseas aspects of the intake department as well. When JVR moved in to the International markets in 2001, The Administration Team contributed in making JVR a respected partner in several areas within the International Asset Community. In the fall of 2007 JVR contributed to the Development and Matrix of an International Asset Platform. Coordinating efforts with the Administration and Asian Partners, this successful culmination moved JVR further into the International Investment Arena. Working through 3 years of the Global Meltdown brought JVR the needed stability and organizational quantum required for its successful Partner based lending platform.
